Marje Cheecho

I worked at Horizon School with visually and blind students for several years as their Braille transcriber. I also taught them Unified English Braille to enhance their ability to learn and independence.  I am trained in using a variety of equipment for the visually impairded and blind such as the CCTV, the Mountbatten, PIAF, various computer programs and many more. I have also worked with a variety of other students with various complex needs.

I accepted a position with CESD Student Service as their Braille Specialist. I am able to reach more students with visual impairments /Blind to enhance their independence through braille.
